Spoke to another lecturer again...I think its something which happens as you get older...you tend to wanna talk to people older than you... :P heh...Anyways...I realised the importance of how once perceives things. I had this REALLY huge letdown when Shell rejected me after a phone interview for a summer internship. Wasn't I good enough for them?? Heh...that was how I looked at it..but I realised something after speaking to Dr K.

It's not if you're 'good enough' for a company..it's how well you'll fit in. Only then can both sides achieve a win-win situation. There really is no point in joining a company that you'll hate after a month of employment. Dr K has come to the point where he can 'fake' the answers on assessment tests given to potential employess. But what's the point of that ? He said. If you're not yourself when you get hired, then you were only taken in for what you weren't.
